Orecchiette w/ Squash and Sage on Arugula

Someone else is obsessed with jujubes!

I recently discovered that my friend Amit shares my newfound love for jujubes. We conversed briefly about their greatness. Technically, they are pre-shriveled dates. You can find these at the Ferry Building and Alemany farmers markets.

Warning : these are extremely addictive and taste like “health” (in a good way).

Roasted Sweet Potato Sandwich

I am so frackin’ addicted to this sandwich. It’s nutritious, flavorful, and so easy to make–What’s not to like? This is a very worthy first-to-be-shared recipe.
